Ukraine Launches Weapons Marketplace Using Points Earned on the Front Lines: “It Will Be the Army’s Amazon”
Military personnel will be able to purchase equipment and weapons using “ePoints.”
Ukraine has launched the Brave1 Market, an online platform featuring the latest technology for the Ukrainian military.
The announcement was made on Monday by Digital Transformation Minister Mykhailo Fedorov at the Defense Tech Era conference, according to the Kyiv Independent.
Compared to Amazon
On this platform, military units can purchase equipment and weapons using funds they’ve earned themselves.
The minister compared the project to the online retailer Amazon, but instead of everyday goods, the Ukrainian platform will offer “innovations,” he said.
“Brave1 Market will become the army’s Amazon, where units can instantly purchase the technologies needed on the front line,” Fedorov said, adding:
“This will help spread effective technologies, as the military often doesn’t know about solutions already available on the market that could help them carry out their missions more effectively.”

Soldiers will be able to buy equipment and weapons using “ePoints”—a form of credit awarded to units that can document the destruction of Russian equipment through drone footage.
According to the ministry, the platform already lists over 1,000 products, including drones, unmanned ground vehicles, electronic warfare and signals intelligence (SIGINT) systems, components, AI-based technologies, software, and ammunition.
Soon, Ukrainian soldiers will also be able to leave reviews of the products, which will be visible to other members of the military.
